The Steering Committee of ASHA Division 2 has established a score of 80% correct to qualify for 1.2 CE credits for this activity. All questions must be answered to qualify for credit. Partial CE credit is not available for this activity. If you are missing any of the four issues of the 2001 Division 2 Newsletter, Volume 11, it is your responsibility to contact ASHA and request a replacement issue. Incomplete answer sheets will be returned to the sender and may result in your missing the deadline for submitting completed materials.
