ASHA Special Interest Division 2, Neurophysiology and Neurogenic Speech and Language Disorders, is approved by the Continuing Education Board of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) to provide continuing education activities in speech-language pathology and audiology. This program is offered for 0.2 CEUs (intermediate level; professional area). ASHA CE Provider approval does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical procedures.
CE forms for the June issue must be postmarked by August 15, 2005. No submission for the June 2005 issue will be accepted after the activity deadline. CEUs earned for the June 2005 Issue will appear on transcripts as having been completed on 8/15/05. This information will be recorded as early as mid-October 2005. Names of the affiliates who have successfully completed the newsletter activity will be posted on the Division 2 Web site: www.asha.org/about/membership-certification/divs/div_2.htm. There are separate lists for each issue, so be sure to look under the correct issue to find your name.
