June brings with it the fresh breezes of summer after the rains of the spring. At California State University, East Bay, we have had a healthy dose of rain this year, making the hills around us greener than ever. We have also had mudslides and floods, but we take the unpleasant with the pleasant. June also brings with it graduation ceremonies on our campus and on most campuses around the country. Please join with me in welcoming to the profession the new CSD graduates who will soon begin their careers in clinical or academic settings. We look forward also to welcoming many of these individuals as affiliates of Division 2. I encourage each of you to talk about the Special Interest Divisions with our new colleagues and to recruit them to become affiliates of Division 2 or another Division.
