It was wonderful to see so many Division 2 affiliates at Convention in Atlanta. It was a good meeting with some very interesting talks. For the past several years, the division has made it a priority to foster and promote high-level, informative, and current programming at the ASHA Convention, and, thanks to those willing to volunteer their time and talent, we were able to succeed at this goal again this year. I would especially like to thank Laura Ball and Mark Hakel for providing the Division 2-sponsored Short Course and Bruce Crosson for providing our Division 2-sponsored seminar. Both of these presentations were outstanding and were very much appreciated by their audiences. Also, thanks to Diane Kendall for serving as the Division 2 representative on the program committee. It is not too soon to start preparing for next year. If you have suggestions for topics you would like to see presented, or individuals you would recommend as sponsored speakers, please forward them to Stacie Raymer at sraymer@odu.edu.
