Charlie Diggs, ASHA’s director for state and consumer advocacy, notes that “consumers who click on speech, language & swallowing can find information on self help groups, speech & language development and disorders and swallowing disorders for both children and adults.” Basic information is often supplemented with related content that appears on the right navigation bar that puts the consumer only one more click away from the more detailed information.
